Orientek officially launches its new high-end 4.3-inch instrument series tailored for fiber link acceptance and optical cable construction, bringing upgraded testing experience. The initial lineup includes five models: TLS-43 Stabilized Light Source, TPM-43(V) Optical Power Meter, TPM-43F WDM Optical Power Meter, TVA-43 Optical Attenuator and TPM-34PM Optical Multimeter. Stabilized light sources and optical power meters form the classic combo for fiber testing. Integrating both core functions into one compact unit, Orientek TPM-34PM Optical Multimeter boosts portability and field efficiency to streamline fiber construction and maintenance work.
Unified factory optical path calibration enables superior precision and comprehensive functions. Its power meter module supports 9 calibrated wavelengths covering most mainstream applications, with a measuring range down to -70dBm and power stability of ±0.1 dB. The built-in stabilized light source maintains outstanding output stability: drift≤0.05 dB within 15 minutes and≤0.2 dB over 8 continuous working hours.

3. TLS-43 Stabilized Light Source
A staple tool for field fiber inspection, fiber sensing, cable deployment and routine maintenance, stabilized light sources are essential for field telecom engineers. Orientek TLS-43 outputs standard 0 dBm reference optical power with consistent long-term stability, applicable to link loss testing, project acceptance and on-site calibration of optical power meters. 4. TPM-43(V) Optical Power Meter
A core instrument for fiber network maintenance, Orientek TPM-43 Optical Power Meter supports 9 commonly-used test wavelengths for versatile field applications. Equipped with a large 1000μm receiving aperture, it improves light coupling efficiency and simplifies fiber connection, with power stability around 0.1 dB and measurement accuracy of±0.2 dB. The upgraded TPM-43V combines optical power testing and visual fault locating with an enhanced built-in VFL for quick fiber break detection.

5. TPM-43F WDM Power Meter

Custom-developed for PON systems, Orientek TPM-43F supports calibrated wavelengths: 1310nm, 1490nm, 1270nm and 1577nm, fully compatible with GPON and 10G PON architectures. Adopting optical filter isolation technology with isolation over 35dB and 1270~1520nm narrowband filtering design, it accurately separates 1490nm and 1550nm signals to eliminate crosstalk and guarantee dependable test results.

Battery capacity is upgraded to 5000mAh for remarkably extended runtime. Every model is factory-fitted with an RJ45 port for one-click cable tracing via network cable connection. In addition, full-body shock-resistant rubber housing improves drop resistance and extends service lifespan.

Usability
The device supports configurable auto power-off timers to conserve power and protect batteries and hardware. Models TPM-43V, TPM-43PM and TPM-43F are equipped with one-click data storage, capable of saving approximately 900 records that can be exported via the USB port.
